Air Express Packers and Movers

I highly recommend Air Express Packers and Movers Kalyani. The staff of the company was cooperative and did great service. Not a single glass broke in transit. All the crockery items and other household goods were delivered safely.

I had a deal with Air Express Packers & Movers to shift my household belongings from Dumdum Cantonment, Kolkata to Silpara Kolkata at a rate of 14,500. It would include packing, loading, transit, unloading dismantle and fitting. I paid Mr Ranjit Thakur Rs 1,500 as an advance through UPI on 27th July 2024. On 9th August 2024 6 labours with one matador arrived at my Dumdum Residence at around 10:30am and started packing the items. Their work was efficient till Pre Lunch. They went for lunch at 3:00pm as the second matador arrived and returned by 4:00pm. The matador driver rang our door bell and find out that we were present at our dumdum residence, while other labours assumed that we were out for lunch without any investigation. Post lunch they had a dispute among themselves which directly effected on their work and the whole process get delayed. I find that one labour was taking nap at the back of the matador while other two was listening to music and other three was still working at my Dumdum Flat. At around 5:45pm I started looking for the labours and found that my whole items was laid open on the road without any security as all the labours were missing along with the matador driver. I called Mr Ranjit to report the incident but he didn’t responded. I called him several times but he didn’t attend my call. After sometime all the labours returned but three of them did their work while other three rested under my flat in their matador. It was 7:30pm and still they were unable to complete the packing and the third matador had also not arrived. I requested Mr Ranjit that I would take the delivery on 10th August as it was too late and the labours which I hired at Silpara for unloading were already gone which he was well aware beforehand. Mr Suraj one of the labour also refused to unload the items at Silpara as there were to many household items and they had to carry these items through themselves as my residence is approx 100 meters away from the parking spot. Mr Ranjit requested me to hand over the key of my flat to one of his labour Mr Suraj, as the packing was incomplete and they would come on 10th and do the rest of the packing and deliver the rest items on the same day. On 10th two matadors arrived at my Silpara residence and made the unloading till 4:00pm but the last matador was made hold and Mr Ranjit asked me to pay first with 4,000 excess payment for matador fare. My expensive items are at 3rd matador and the items received are also not in a good condition.
